Champion Omega Fish Oil contains 18% eicosapentanoic acid (EPA) and 12% docosahexanoic acid (DHA), which means you get 600 mg of EPA + DHA per serving. Our fish oil is in the natural triglyceride (a.k.a. triacylglycerol, or TAG) form unlike some products that contain synthetic ethyl esters. It has been suggested that TAG-based fish oil is easier for your body to digest and absorb.

Champion Omega Fish Oil is sustainably sourced from small anchovy, mackerel, and sardines living in cold, deep, unpolluted waters off the coast of Peru. After being harvested from the fish, the oil is purified. The finished product is subject to our robust quality-control process, which includes testing it for freshness, heavy metals, and more.
