For all those times when a protein shake or regular food isn't convenient, chewable Chewies™ are ready for immediate anabolic action. All it takes is a single bite to start raising your tissue levels of BCAA, creatine or glutamine by amounts not achievable from the diet alone. Chewies™ Triple-Shot Variety is available in Tropical, Wild Berry and Grape (Creatine and Glutamine) or Strawberry, Tangerine and Berry (BCAA). Chewies™ contain virtually zero sodium and only 1-1.5 g of sugar.

Directions

Beginner Bodybuilding Athlete (up to 1 year of resistance exercise performed at least 3 times weekly): Consume (thoroughly chew and swallow) 1 serving (4 tab) of Chewies BCAA 30 minutes pre-training. Consume 1 serving immediately post-training. Total daily servings: 2. Intermediate Bodybuilding Athlete (1-3 years of resistance exercise performed at least 3 times weekly): Consume 1 serving (4 tab) of Chewies BCAA 30 minutes pre-training.
